Every country has its own distinctive identity that is created by its independent culture and ethics. Similar is the case with India, China and America. However, still there are several things that make India a developing country while making China and America a developed country. There are several good things in America and China that we should learn to ensure effective and progressive growth of the country.

Some crucial things to learn from America

There are several things America has to offer for us to learn and adopt them in their life for better future of the overall nation. These essential things include:
  •  Entrepreneur skills: In terms of entrepreneurship, we still lags behind due to their collectivist approach. The US citizens think more practically and effectively in terms of business due to their individualistic approach. We always bound in family issues and various other issues due to which they cannot think of business every time. It does not mean that we do not possess entrepreneurial skills. They are just not capable of unleashing their complete potential due to lack of resources and other influencing circumstances.
  • Cleanliness: America emerges as an extremely clean nation because it considers cleaning as part of their essential cultural values. Almost every American considers health and hygiene as their primary concern. It is their outstanding habit of maintaining cleanliness that if we should learn and adopt in our lives, then, we can also emerge as a clean nation to live in. Although several attempts are being made by some Indians to clean India. However, a perfectly clean India cannot be achieved with the contribution of certain responsible persons. It is essentially required by every Indian citizen to understand their responsibility and adopt the healthy cleaning habits of Americans.
Some crucial things to learn from China

China also emerges as a developed nation due to its several strengths. Some of the major essential things that every India should necessarily learn from China include:

  • Population Control: China is counted as one of the most populous countries of the world. India also gives it a close competition by occupying a distinctive position after it. The most remarkable thing about China, we should learn and adopt is their distinguished measures of population control. Their measures include strict penalties, norms for one child, no citizenship for third birth etc.
  • Cleanliness: China is also known for its perfectly clean indexes. They ensure that their country is completely free from any kind of litter and looks tidy. Being completely free from dust and dirt, China is capable of producing extraordinary infrastructure for the visitors from all over the world. However, in India, only few states lead the race of infrastructural development and cleanliness.
  • Manufacturing Policies: You might have heard that Chinese products have occupied a huge market herd these days. The major reason behind this is their immaculate policies of manufacturing that is completely based on low volume as well as low cost.

Children are illicitly used for making clothes and other goods:

Children are usually unlawfully used for making garments, and things like leather products. Child labor is brutal and barbarous. These children are placed in horrendous conditions to work. When it's illegal and their masters not even pay them properly. I was flabbergasted at that it was so terrible and poor to compel a child to work. Being children is for having fun, playing, laughing, learning new things and not for working.

It is one of the indecencies tormenting the world's masses. The evil's foundation lies in neediness, while the prevailing attitude of the general public to isolate the masses into groups and classes in view of their affiliations to a specific caste or group, class or considerably sex could be given as another manageable explanation behind Child labor.

Repayment of money, loan taken by parents, and the failure of government policies to give enough facilities to study could be some elements' responsible for Child labor. Numerous children work to improve the family's financial condition. Children end up as the providers for their families during an era when their freshness and innocence ought to discover expression in their activities.

Lack of resources:

Parents of these children are exceptionally poor, and just can't bear to send their children to school, regardless of the fact that they need to.

Cheap Labor:

Another cause behind why poor people send their children to work is on the grounds that they think it will earn some additional money to the home. But they must know that adolescence is that a great time, where one needs to learn and play in the meantime. Making them to earn in this small age will makes them slaves.

Gender Inequality:

The girls are not preferred to get higher education. Some people feel that it is boy who must go to school and get educated, and the girls must work at home.

Education is Important For every children

It is necessary for each child to study till high, whether they want to study or not, whether their parents need them to or not. With the goal that they are not frail, won’t work for Rs.4000 when they are worth Rs.10000 or more and will never be in a condition where they can be misused.

The issue influences around thirteen million children over the globe, with India having around fourteen percent of oppressed children. Child labor could never be said to be restricted to some specific society. It is an evil that influences all communities of the world in a negative way. The lack of concern is that occurrences of this evil are expanding consistently, but very less is reported. The endeavors of the United Nations to battle the threat attain expression in the Convention of the Child's Rights.

Children are the Future and hope of any nation. Give them a chance to learn. Also, leave them alone what they need to be, and do not employ them at their early age to earn.

Uttarakhand is constantly growing at a rapid pace in the field of real estate due to its extra ordinary elegant beauty and scenic landscapes. Most people personally have a desire to create their own house in the hills of Uttarakhand, to spend some quality time in the lap of nature. In order to accomplish this particular thought, it became the major driving force for me to establish an extensive base of real estate in Uttarakhand.

Real Estate Scenario

I still remember the time when, Uttarakhand was declared as a separate state, which witnessed a huge boom in the growth of construction as well as real estate industries. A phenomenal augment was observed in the establishment of numerous real estate projects in Uttarakhand. With various proposed changes occurring in the land laws of city, the scenario of real estate in Uttarakhand is constantly improvising with the passage of time.

Reasons for Progressive Growth

Uttarakhand basically comes under the Terai region of India which particularly denotes the area of forests and marshy grasslands. This particular region is accredited with outstanding business in real estate because it is the major base for supply across the vicinity. This has further led to the continuous expansion of the industry in various locations of Uttarakhand. In my point of view, there are several reasons besides this which are responsible for the progressive growth of real estate in Uttarakhand including:

  • Availability of extra ordinary featured projects in Uttarakhand revealing an extremely comfortable lifestyle of the individuals.
  • Easy connectivity to various hill stations and religious destinations.
  • Lowered prices of real estate.
  • Availability of exceptionally serene and tranquil ambience for living.

Being a Chairman and Managing Director of GTM Group, I recall my childhood days and seek out for the reason behind my successive growth. The most basic thing that I realized was my education which helped me throughout to gain numerous achievements in my life. The early education which I acquired in my childhood became the foundation stone of my bright and successful career. Child education, being an essential component of your individual career, in some way or the other, also holds a huge contribution in the progressive growth of the country as a whole.

Acquire Quality learning

The currently existing scenario of child education has improved to a great extent. However, it still lacks in terms of quality. There are still several schools spread across India which are unable to render quality education to the children due to unavailability of appropriate resources. Educating a child does not merely involves the basic education available in the books, rather it also includes the effective learning of various skills, moral and social values, exploring diversity of advanced options and many more.

Ideal measure

Looking at such pitiable condition of certain schools, we should not always blame the government for not taking appropriate steps. Rather, I personally think that every educated individual should take a distinctive stand to reach out to only one child and ensure his quality education. In this way, millions of people together can educate thousands of under privileged children and bring forth a revolutionary change in the existing scenario of the country.

A Brighter Perspective

Child Education, being the basic foundation of every individual’s development creates a brighter perspective of the growth for the country. Educate the children today to ensure their useful contribution in the future.

Infrastructure Development : Need of the hour

India has seen immense development in the past few years and has a long way to go. Liberalization and modernization have made the nation developed in a number of ways, India was a lot different than what it is in now. The nation has come a long way and there is definitely a longer road ahead. There are a number of foreign brands and names that have come in and have invested in Indian companies; this has also led to greater development.

The way people lead their lives has also changed with all the development. People have adopted western cultures and lifestyles with the advent of the foreign names and brands. If I notice more precisely, the area where India needs a lot more development is the area of infrastructure, though the buildings and the kind of infrastructure India has earlier has now changed, but it is quite evident that it needs a lot more advancement and development.

There is scope for greater development

I have noticed that India and China have often been compared on the same plane as both these countries are extremely high in population and are also large countries. But the major difference between both the nations is that china is a lot more developed and well built in terms of infrastructure than what India is. China has used their high populations as an asset and has developed itself; the infrastructure and the properties that are being built in China are commendable. India, on the other hand, has a greater space of land and resources than china, still India lags behind most of the countries when it comes to infrastructure.  Now, under infrastructure, one needs to consider the construction of various infrastructures like the airports as they are the first sort of infrastructure all the foreign guests see and judge the country. Others are modes of transportation, malls, and security etc.,

India is very rich in resources and thus, they must make good use of their intellectual and financial resources to be able to build a good infrastructure in the country, all these problems can be solved if proper planning and the investment takes place in the country, proper planning can lead the nation to new heights, a few years down the line, I can totally imagine the country with a great infrastructure that only adds to the beauty and pride of my beautiful country India.

Dr. APJ Kalam’s contribution to Science

I have seen that Dr. kalam was not only a very convincing and successful President, but was also very efficient with his work and career, he was indeed a great scientist and has contributed immensely to the field of science. The contributions are many but to note some of them, I must talk about his contribution to the Indian army, he designed a helicopter, alter he shifted to the ISRO, he was the project director for India’s first ever satellite Launch; the satellite was deployed successfully in the year of 1980. It was one of the turning points in his life when he joined the ISRO, he did a great job there and contributed immensely and continuously to the field of science, him being a scientist has indirectly helped the nation as he was working for the government of India.

Thus, it can be concluded that Dr. APJ Abdul kalam was one of the greatest scientist in the history of India. His contribution as a president needs no explanation.

He was one of the most influential presidents that the country has ever seen. He was a very inspirational personality and his sudden demise has left the entire nation in a state of shock. He was called the ‘people’s president’ during his tenure. Not only was Dr. Kalam, the president of India, he was also an extremely good engineer and scientist, he has made many contributions in the field of the science and has given people a lot of binding information.

Dr. Kalam’s Struggles

One can never taste success without going through struggles and failures, all these experiences are what leads a man to success, Dr. Kalam, also had to go through a period of struggle before he became a successful person. He was educated under physics and aeronautical engineering and later on becoming a scientist and worked with the ISRO for a period of 40 years.

He had to face a long period of hard work and struggle as he was born in a poor family and he had to run small errands to get additional income. Initially, Dr. Kalam was not a very bright student but was always recognized as a smart and capable child, he went on to prove the fact. He became a very successful scientist and was also working for India’s civilian space program and was also famous as the ‘Missile Man of India’.

Women stand equal to men today

There has been a significant change in how the society looks at a woman; the old and stereotypical mindsets of people seem to have been changing for the positive. Gone are those days when a woman was considered just a member in the family who would cook for the family members and look after the household chores, today women stand as educated and qualified as men and they hold the dignity to go out and earn bread for the family.

They are as skilled or maybe more than what men are, women hold the exact same strength and courage to be able to take up the work and career pressure, not only have they grown career wise, they have also taken a leap towards being brave and doing something worthwhile for their families and surroundings. Women have been working in all sectors possible. I have noticed women police officials, IPS officers. There has been a major empowerment of women in our country, though the entire process took a little longer than it should have, I am extremely proud that our nation is truly developing.

What the government in support of women empowerment has done?

The government of India has a major role to play in women empowerment; the government body has been implementing various laws and actions that support the women. Let us look at some of them:

The constitution of India has given equal rights to both the gender, hence, 1/3 of the parliament seats are reserved for women candidates. This is considered to be the boldest step that has been taken to reserve the rights for women; all other rights and amendments are based on this big decision.

Another initiative under the name of STEP (support to training and employment program for women) this step was taken in order to prepare the women for the jobs and career prospects; they would perform a better job if they up such training programs.

The government has also taken steps to form self help groups for women, these kind of initiatives make a group of women to come together and make out some business opportunity that is based on their common interests.

What the government has done and has been doing for the women of the nation is countless; they have a major contribution in the development of the country and of course in empowerment of the women in the society and the country.

There has been a major impact of all these laws and implementations. They have made men in our country to understand the real importance of women. Men have been giving the females all the attention and required importance to them. There have been great changes amongst the thinking and the perceptions of
the people towards the females. Times have seen great changes and I can definitely look forward to more changes in the future. India has a lot to look forward to. Everybody must take pride in our nation and should always look forward to more and more changes in the future that only add on to the nation’s pride and galore.
